Mr. Weidmann has been an attorney for 18 years. He began practicing in California in 1991 and is the founding member
of Weidmann Franck & Yun.

Mr. Weidmann is well known in employment litigation as a successful advocate for his clients. He has prevailed on multiple jury trials throughout Southern California and obtained large verdicts on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Weidmann has appeared in the Verdicts & Settlements portion of the Daily Journal multiple times including his jury verdict against the Archdiocese of Los Angeles entitled "Mark Weidmann taught a Catholic school a $1 million lesson about pregnancy discrimination."
Mr. Weidmann received his J.D. from Loyola Law School where he was a member of the law review. Prior to law school Mr. Weidmann was a National Merit Scholar and attended California State University in Long Beach and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.

Lee Franck is a partner at Weidmann Franck & Yun PC who focuses on representing employees in all forms of workplace disputes.
Mr. Franck has extensive trial experience including being lead counsel on over ten trials. He has obtained multiple verdicts on
behalf of his clients as well as numerous favorable settlements. Mr. Franck represents employees in trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Franck has been an attorney since 2003 and has exclusively represented employees during
that time. He has spent his entire career at Weidmann Franck & Yun PC representing employees. He has built a strong reputation for
diligent and successful representation of his clients against all employers – big and small.
Mr. Franck has been successful on two published Court of Appeals decisions titled Blum v. Superior Court,
B189560 and Franklin v. Mondanock Company et. al., B191267. The Franklin case was the first to establish a cause of
action for wrongful termination in violation of public policy for safety complaints under OSHA when an employee complains about
death threats and attacks in the workplace.
Mr. Franck received his J.D. from University of Southern California law school, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class (order of the coif).
In law school, he was a member of the law review and his student note entitled "The cost to older workers: How the ADEA has been
interpreted to allow employers to fire older employees based on cost concerns" was published in the seventy-sixth volume of the U.S.C.
Law Review. In law school, he assisted non-profit employers on legal matters through the school’s Employer Legal Advice Clinic.
Prior to law school, Mr. Franck graduated from the University of Utah with a double major in Political Science and Economics,
with a minor in Philosophy. He received an honors degree and had his honor’s thesis on international relations published.
